These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Skillorea website, web application, mobile application, AI tools, generators, features, and related services ("Services").

By creating an account, accessing, or using Skillorea Teacher Copilot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.

1. About Skillorea Teacher Copilot

Skillorea Teacher Copilot is an AI-powered teaching platform designed to assist teachers and educators with everyday teaching preparation and academic workflows.

The Services may include:

2. Eligibility and Authorized Use

Proper information must be entered when creating an account.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to use Skillorea for your educational purpose(s).

When using Skillorea for a school or institution, please ensure that you have the correct permissions to use it.

3. Teacher Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials confidential
  • Maintaining the security of your account
  • Providing accurate account information
  • Not sharing your account with unauthorized users
  • Preventing unauthorized access to your account
  • Informing Skillorea if you believe your account has been compromised

You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless it was caused by a security breach that was outside of your reasonable control.

4. Use of AI Features

Skillorea uses artificial intelligence to assist teachers in their educational tasks.

AI-generated outputs may include:

  • Lesson plans
  • Worksheets
  • Question papers
  • Answer keys
  • Questions and explanations
  • Classroom activities
  • Assessment suggestions
  • Evaluation assistance
  • Teaching ideas
  • Other educational resources

AI outputs are generated based on the information provided by the user and the AI systems available at the time.

5. AI Accuracy and Teacher Responsibility

AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, incorrect answers, inappropriate difficulty levels, or other inaccuracies.

Skillorea does not guarantee that every AI-generated result will be:

  • Completely accurate
  • Error-free
  • Suitable for every age group
  • Fully aligned with every curriculum
  • Suitable for examination use
  • Appropriate for a particular school
  • Free from bias
  • Up to date

Teachers must review and verify AI-generated content before using it in classrooms, assignments, examinations, assessments, or official academic records.

Teachers should check where appropriate:

  • Answers
  • Marks
  • Difficulty levels
  • Alignment of curriculum
  • Objectives for Learning
  • References
  • Results of the evaluation

6. AI Test Assessment

The AI Test Evaluation feature is designed to support teachers’ assessment and grading workflows.

AI assessment could help with:

  • Difficulty levels
  • Alignment of curriculum
  • Objectives for Learning
  • References
  • Results of the evaluation

AI evaluation results are only recommendations and should not be automatically treated as the final academic decision.

Teachers remain responsible for reviewing evaluation results and making final grading decisions.

7. Question Paper Generation

Skillorea may generate question papers based on information provided by teachers.

Teachers are responsible to check:

  • Question accuracy
  • Answer correctness
  • Marks distribution
  • Question difficulty
  • Syllabus coverage
  • Exam structure
  • Time requirements
  • Board or institution requirements

Skillorea does not guarantee that the question papers generated will meet the requirements of a particular examination board unless it is specifically stated.

8. Lesson Plans & Worksheets

The lesson plans and worksheets created are designed to assist teachers in their classroom preparation.

Teachers should adapt materials according to:

  • Student age
  • Learning level
  • Classroom needs
  • School curriculum
  • Board requirements
  • Learning objectives
  • Available teaching resources

9. Teacher-Generated Content

Teachers may upload or create content through Skillorea, including:

  • Prompts
  • Lesson plans
  • Worksheets
  • Question papers
  • Answer keys
  • Syllabus information
  • Teaching notes
  • Assessment materials
  • Uploaded documents and PDFs

You retain ownership of original content that you own and upload to Skillorea.

By uploading Content, you give Skillorea a limited license to store, process, display, transmit and otherwise use that Content so that it can provide the Services.

You represent that you have all rights, power and authority to upload the content and grant the licenses to use it.

10. Student Information

Skillorea is designed primarily for educators.

Teachers should only upload student information when they are authorized to do so and when it is reasonably necessary for the educational task.

Teachers should avoid entering unnecessary student personal information into:

  • AI prompts
  • Uploaded documents
  • Question papers
  • Answer sheets
  • Assessment workflows
  • Other platform features

Where applicable, schools and institutions are responsible for determining whether their use of educational technology is approved under their internal policies and applicable requirements.

11. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activities

You agree to use Skillorea only for lawful and legitimate purposes.

You must not use Skillorea to:

  • Violate applicable laws
  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Obtain unauthorized access to systems
  • Circumvent security controls
  • Upload malicious software
  • Attempt to disrupt the platform
  • Scrape or systematically extract platform content
  • Abuse AI functionality
  • Generate content for unlawful purposes
  • Impersonate another person
  • Share unauthorized student information
  • Use the platform to harass, threaten, or harm others
  • Attempt to reverse engineer the platform
  • Circumvent usage limits or access restrictions
  • Interfere with the normal operation of the Services

12. Academic Integrity

Skillorea is intended to support teachers and educational professionals.

Teachers remain responsible for ensuring that generated materials are used in accordance with:

  • School policies
  • Examination-board rules
  • Academic integrity requirements
  • Copyright requirements
  • Institutional guidelines

Skillorea does not encourage the use of AI-generated content in a manner that compromises academic integrity.

13. Intellectual Property

All Skillorea software, branding, interface design, proprietary technology, trademarks, logos, platform materials, templates, and other proprietary elements remain the property of Skillorea or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Skillorea's intellectual property to the user.

Teachers retain ownership of their original content subject to the rights necessary for Skillorea to provide the Services.

14. Third-Party Services

Skillorea may use third-party services for:

  • AI processing
  • Cloud hosting
  • Authentication
  • Payments
  • Analytics
  • Email
  • File processing
  • Security
  • Customer support

Third-party services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies, which may change at any time.

The use of an integrated third-party service may also be governed by their terms.

15. Subscriptions and Payments

Where paid plans are available, the user agrees to the applicable pricing, billing, renewal, cancelation and refund terms shown at the time of purchase.

During the purchase process, you will be shown the subscription fees, billing intervals, features available and usage limits and applicable taxes.

Where applicable, subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date.

Skillorea may modify pricing or subscription plans with appropriate notice.

Any refund policy applicable to a particular subscription will be displayed or made available to the user at the time of purchase.

16. Free Trials and Promotional Access

If Skillorea offers free trials, credits, promotional access or limited-use features, Skillorea may:

  • Establish expiration dates
  • Block access
  • Stop promotional programs
